Manage Project Documents

On Dragon1, you can manage your project documents. You can add, edit and delete project documents and link them to tasks.

List Project Documents

To list the project documents:

  • Go to the Projects Module and then click on the Doc link of a listed Project
  • Now you see the list of project documents

Add a Project Document

To add a project document:

  • Go to the Projects Module in the workplace
  • Click on Add Document
  • Now you see the Add Document form. Fill the Add Document form with your details
  • Use the upload button on the form to upload your document to your sites folder
  • Click on the Save button (below the form)

Edit a Project Document

  • Go to the Projects Module in the workplace
  • Click on the Doc link of a Project to view its project documents
  • Click on a document to view its project document details
  • Edit your Project Document Details and click on Save (below on the form)
  • Now you see your project document updated in the document list

Delete a Project Document

  • Go to the Project Module and click on Doc for one of the listed Projects.
  • Click on a document in the documents list
  • Click on the Delete button in your Project Document Details form (below on the form)
  • Your project document is marked Deleted and not shown in the default the project documents list
  • You can undelete your project document by changing the default view of your project documents list to show all and then select it and click Undelete.
