Visual Designer

What is the Visual Designer application?

The Visual Designer is customizable online modeling, presentation, flowcharting and diagramming application that you can use to create models, views and visualizations. You can create static, dynamic, interactive and animated visualizations (diagrams, sketches, drawings and impressions).

You can create view templates, so if the data in your model changes you do not need to redraw the visualization, you just update the view with one click.

Supported Modeling Languages and Standards

The visual designer supports the following standards and modeling languages out of the box:

  • Flowchart
  • BPMN
  • UML
  • ArchiMate
  • TOGAF
  • Dragon1

Dynamic Views

A unique aspect of Dragon1 is that you can create visualization templates that generate shapes in a certain pattern using available data in a model.
