Process Modeling

Dragon1 supports creating process models using the BPMN modeling language.

We also support creating process models using any set of icons.

The complaints process model does not use BPMN icons, but it uses icons that are meaningful for people within the context of the process itself.

Within a few seconds many people will understand what goes right and what goes wrong in this process. The customer can complain in three ways. That is great. But what is done with that complaint other than it is being archived?

Now, this diagram will have added value because it will make managers take action and change the process so that something is done with the complaint.

You see, replacing BPMN icons with rich meaningful icons to make a model more communicative is very helpful.
