UWV is doing Digital Workplace Design using Dragon1
UWV - Facts & Figures - UWV (Uitvoeringsinstituut Werknemersverzekeringen) is an autonomous administrative authority (ZBO) and is commissioned by the Ministry of Social Affairs and Employment (SZW) to implement employee insurances and provide labor market and data services.
Background
UWV, a Dutch government institution for unemployment allowances, wants for their new workplace an interactive atlas to create visual support among employees and get more user requirements for the new workplace.
The Case
The case was creating a design book or atlas of the new digital workplace while the project was underway.
Solution Strategy
On Dragon1, the architects created an atlas; they put the new workplace, the workplace design, and other information on pages in the Dragon1 atlas.
Challenges
Finally, employees used the atlas in workshops and 1-on-1 to leave (anonymous) notes on the pages about their thoughts about what they saw.
Challenges were that the project was already underway, and not everyone was happy. Things were visualized, and with that, making something transparent. For instance, traceability of requirements was now possible for management, leading to the insight that some project deliverables could not be matched with the corresponding requirements.

Outcomes
This all led to a better design and increased support for the new digital workplace at UWV.
