Manage Projects

On Dragon1 you can manage your projects. You can add, edit and delete projects and tasks and upload documents linked to these tasks.

On the workplace you can add a Widget to monitor your projects.

Add Project Widget

To add the project widget:

  • Go to the Workplace
  • Click on Add widget button (at the right top)
  • Click on the checkbox Projects List
  • Now your projects list widget will appear

Add a Project

To add a project:

  • There are two ways of adding projects: 1) Click on Add Project in the widget or 2) Click on the Projects menu item in the menubar and then click on Add Project in the menu
  • Fill in your Project Details and click on Save (below on the form)
  • Now you see your project added in the project list

Edit a Project

  • There are two ways of editing projects: 1) Click on a listed project in the widget or 2) Click on the Projects menu item in the menubar and then click on the Edit link behind one of the listed projects
  • Edit your Project Details and click on Save (below on the form)
  • Now you see your project updated in the project list

Delete a Project

  • Click on the Projects menu item in the menubar and then click on the Delete link behind one of the listed projects
  • Click on the Delete button in your Project Details (below on the form)
  • Your project is marked Deleted and now shown in the default the project list
  • You can undelete your project by changing the default view of your project list to show all.
