Helpdesk (Incident Management)

After the purchase of your Dragon1 Architecture Toolbox license you are entitled to 8 hours free support through the helpdesk.

If you have purchased your license a while ago and you now need assistance, please contact us. We will help you on the road again first and then contact you about support that is appropriate for your needs.

Helpdesk (Problem Solving)

If the Incident Management team and you get stuck dealing with an issue, then there is the possibility of escalation to the Problem Solving Team (a specialized helpdesk).

If you frequently use the facilities helpdesk, then there is the option for a customized and tailor-made contract.
